Amazing service. Walked in and was immediately greeted. Needed some links put back in my watch, but didn't have the pins. At once quick glance they noticed I had a pin in backwards (attention to details! ♡) and fixed that for me too. I wasn't sure if I needed 1 or 2 links put back in my watch, so, they put in 1 first so I could test before putting in the 2nd link. Would 110% recommend Berkshire to anyone.
